Interview with Elizabeth Rojerón, Women Leader of the Shuar people talks about her participation in the workshop help in Macas Ecuador in December 16th and 17th 2019.
She mentions the importance of COICA and EO’s efforts to help indigenous communities share their experiences regarding Free, Prior and Informed Consent and learn about their rights. Elizabeth mentions that this workshop has given indigenous leaders tools to defend themselves.
