Tuntiak pointed out 5 requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. The need to respect territorial rights.<br>2. To not criminalize leaders who defend the Amazon.<br>3.  Direct financing to  Indigenous Peoples and their organizations of the for the protection of their territories<br>4. All strategies for the defense of the territory need to have the consent of Indigenous Peoples who are involved.<br>5. Governments must recognize the contributions of the Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>The voice of the  Indigenous Peoples of the Amazon must be respected!
