In celebration of International Women’s month, and in order to commemorate the progress made in equality and, above all, raise awareness of the importance of continuing to advance in this regard, we spoke with Nancy Chinguñi, a Shuar leader, about the role of Indigenous women in society and in the Shuar worldview.
