Territorio Vivo was an initiative aimed at strengthening the capacity of Indigenous communities to protect their territories through monitoring tools, connectivity, and technical training. Between 2023 and 2025, the program supported community-led processes in the Ecuadorian Amazon, promoting the participation of youth, women, authorities, and local monitors in the generation and use of information for territorial governance and protection.

With the completion of this cycle, CEFO concluded its collaboration with Laboratorio Popular de Medios Libres and is currently developing a new Amazonian network of community networks, focused on strengthening coordination, peer learning, and the long-term sustainability of these processes.
