As part of the strategic alliance, the Coordinator of Indigenous Organizations of the Amazon Basin (COICA) and Equitable Origin (EO), have created the Resource Hub. The Resource Hub is an online library contains audiovisual educational content, which aims to strengthen and promote the rights of Indigenous Peoples.
Within the framework of this relationship, Equitable Origin supports the actions carried out by COICA in regards to the 528 years of Indigenous Resistance. Therefore, EO has delivered communication equipment, computers and furniture, as part of the inauguration of the COICA offices located at the headquarters of the Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of the Ecuadorian Amazon (CONFENIAE) in Unión Base, Pastaza province.
This contribution is born out of the idea to support Indigenous Peoples’ right to connectivity and communication tools.
