Yadira Ocoguaje is from the Secoya nationality. She participated in the workshop because she believes there are several topics related to Free Prior and Informed Consent that she and her community do not know about. For her, conserving both the environment and culture is important. Yadira plans to share the lessens learned with her community in order to strengthen their rights.
